Shipping & Returns
Shipping is currently FREE for all domestic orders. Shipping for international orders are temporarily suspended due to COVID-19.
Returns must be approved by Ammo Wear in advance. Please email your return request to: email@example.com.
Returns must be packaged in a box or shipper that will protect the contents from being damaged by Post Office automated equipment. Bubble mailers, padded mailers and cardboard mailers by themselves will not protect jewelry from damage. Jewelry damaged in shipment due to improper packaging will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
To complete your exchange or return, we require a brief description of the defect. If the item is exchanged or returned for reasons other than a defect then include the reason for the exchange or return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of our decision regarding the repair, exchange or refund.
If you are approved, then your repair, exchange or refund will be processed. For returns a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or a check will be mailed to your return address for purchases made by cash or check.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping Your Return
To return your product for repair, exchange or refund mail your product to: Ammo Wear Henderson NV 89002.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
